Hubware is a platform developed by Hubware Corporation to introduce e-commerce in the construction industry.
Hubware mainly serves as a window for the local hardwares to receive orders and deliver hardware and construction materials to customers that uses the mobile application to place their construction material(s) order. Online hardware store where you can shop online hardware and construction materials.
From Hubware registration page (https://hubware.com.ph/Account/Register) , user should complete the registration form with valid and correct details, verify that they’re not a robot and click Register button. Another option is to click Sign in with Google or Log in with Facebook button from the registration page.
To place an order customer should follow the ff. steps:
- Select a Category to find product you want to purchase or use the search functionality
- Browse and select product from the Category selected
- Choose or add delivery address
- Click Add to Rig button
- If customer is ready to pay, click the My Rig icon and click Checkout button
- Provide Delivery Details and click Next button
- Review Order Summary and click Next button
- Select Payment option and click Place Order Now button
During the process of selecting the item you want to purchase you will be notified if the item is available in your area based on the delivery address you entered.
To view the price of each item, user must enter delivery address first.
You may pay via Cash on Delivery (COD). Credit card payment using Visa or Master Card is also accepted.
Orders placed via Hubware will be received as early as 2 days (48hrs) with the product subject to its availability or whatever partner seller indicated on their listed products
(Some are 2-10 days leadtime). A Hubware representative will contact you to confirm your order and inform you for anything that concerns your order.
Note: It is important that user uses valid: email address, contact number (mobile or landline, and delivery address for Hubware to able to contact and delivery to you with accuracy.
Any changes on name, mobile number, and delivery address can be done by accessing My Profile page by clicking name on the upper right corner of the website.
User can use forgot password option on Login page (https://hubware.com.ph/Account/LogIn) by following the instructions. Note that a valid email address should be used to register on Hubware to be able to receive forgot password retrieval code.
